Our crimping machines allow you to automatically feed terminals into the proper crimping position with speed and efficiency. We offer an extensive selection of chain terminals including rings, spades, butts, disconnects, pins, blades, and more for a variety of applications.
With over 80 years of experience, Nichifu is a leading manufacturer and distributor for a wide range of crimping machines, chain terminals, and various electrical products. Our high-quality crimping machines and chain terminals are UL/CL approved to best serve your application needs. If you have any questions regarding our line of products, contact us today.
Pneumatic vs. Electric Crimping Machines
While both pneumatic and electric crimping machines are efficient at creating fast and high quality crimps, varying working environments may require one over the other. See below for more information regarding pneumatic and electric crimping machines.
- Pneumatic requires compressed air supply and electricity to operate.
- Electric requires only electricity to operate, no compressed air is needed.
- Both are easy to operate and feature an easily replaceable applicator. Nichifu crimping machines are compatible with a range of chain terminals including rings, spades, butts, disconnects, pins, blades, and more.
Insulated & Non-Insulated Chain Terminals
Our insulated and non-insulated chain terminals are ideally suited for both electric and pneumatic crimping machines. Offered in a wide range of shapes and sizes for a variety of applications. Insulated Chain Terminals - Rings
Ring terminals are the most frequently used terminal type. These terminals have a ring that fits over a stud to provide a highly secure connection between two or more wires. Insulated ring terminals are used in automotive applications due to their extreme durability.
Insulated Chain Terminals - Spades
Also known as fork terminals, spade terminals are often used in electrical systems to prevent wires from fraying. These terminals are long-lasting and can be quickly attached and/or removed from hardware.
Insulated Chain Terminals - Pins & Blades
Pin terminals are frequently used to connect wires to terminal blocks. These terminals provide quick and easy connections in applications that involve the use of a screw or clamp. Blade terminals have a flat blade or funnel shaped design to protect wires from excessive bending or tightening.
Insulated Chain Terminals - Butts
Butt terminals (also known as parallel connectors, sleeves, or butt splices) are used to mate, connect, or terminate a single wire or set of wires. These connectors are the ideal solution for connecting multi-conductor cables.
Insulated Chain Terminals - Closed Ends
Closed end terminals can be quickly and easily crimped to create a permanent connection. These connectors are frequently used for the internal wiring of home appliances.
Insulated Chain Terminals - Disconnects
Disconnect terminals are ideal for applications that require frequent reassembly. These terminals can be easily connected and disconnected, making them an incredibly versatile option. We offer a variety of half or fully insulated options for connecting male and/or female parts.
